All patients may request to consult with any of our practitioners. We endeavour to meet any such requests to the best of our ability. We will arrange a telephone call back by the requested practitioner, and they will assess your needs and may invite you for an appointment if necessary. We must stress the importance of keeping appointments, please let us know as soon as you can if you are unable to attend your appointment. 958 appointments were lost last year because patients did not attend. These appointments could have been offered to someone else.
